GENERAL
✦ By submitting a commission request you confirm you have read and agree to the terms of service written here.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.
✦ If you want to set a deadline and/or need more stages of working process being shown to you, please notify me beforehand.
✦ Your commission will be published as soon as it's finished unless I'm told otherwise.
WILL DRAW // WON'T DRAW
✦ I'm okay with working with pretty much any type of characters. Please make sure to provide me with reference sheet of your character. I can work with creating designs from descriptions/Pinterest boards/etc but it might cost extra. I'm also completely okay with drawing NSFW pieces.
✦ If you want to request something different from illustration, such as comic page(s), reference sheet, sticker bundle, another artstyle, etc, hit me up so we can discuss your idea and pricing.
✦ I don't work with: any sexual content that includes minors, heavy gore, some kinks/fetishes, hateful content.
✦ Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding what I will or won't draw and any other questions in general, I'll be happy to help!
WORKING PROCESS
✦ Submit your request via Twitter DMs (@siderealEncoder) or Gmail ([email protected]), current status of my comms (open/closed) is written in my Twitter bio.
✦ While submitting your request, please provide me with references for your characters and a description of what you're looking to get. More likely than not I'll ask additional questions on the concept and details, but having basic info beforehand gradually speeds up the process!
✦ Once we are in agreement about the commission's concept, details and final cost, I will send you a link for Boosty/Hipolink payment or an invoice via PayPal.
✦ Once payment has been received, I will draw a base sketch of the final artwork and send it to you for your approval or edits if needed. After base sketch has been approved, I will complete the artwork, and major edits such as changes in pose, designs, expressions, etc. will no longer be an option due to specifics of my working process.
✦ Minor edits can be made once the commission is completed, but they will only be made with a surcharge. Unfortunately, any edit that could have been addressed in the preliminary sketch stage will have to be declined.
✦ Please ask for any edits all at once to prevent slow communication.
✦ Preventing questions: yes, you can print your commission for personal use and yes, I can email it to you to save it without the quality drop twitter provides for images.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
✦ Full payment must be made upfront via PayPal invoice or Hipolink\Boosty donation
Prices are listed in USD. Split payments are available for regulars and\or big projects such as book illustrating, for example.

✦ Edits on the sketch stage and simple background such as color fill\geometric figures are free of charge.
✦ Every additional character adds 80% cost to the total price.
✦ The price may increase depending on complexity of the character design(s) and/or general concept, number of characters, details, props, ie. anything that will increase the amount of work hours needed to complete the artwork. It may also increase due to short deadline or publishing restrictions. NSFW works come with a surcharge as well, the increase in price will depend on the complexity of characters and concept.
✦ IMPORTANT: I'm unable to do refunds, please keep that in mind!
USAGE
✦ Commissions are mostly for personal use, if you want to claim commercial rights, please go ahead and discuss it with me (commercial rights either double the price or % from sales depending on type of work). Might add up extra payments if I'll have to produce additional merch or work on printing preparation from scratch.
✦ I reserve the right to display online any commissioned artwork as an example of my work if no restrictions were set in the beginning.
